If you ever have a problem with your devices, you can bring them to the hearing aid specialists at Flynn Associates for diagnosis and repair. Sometimes exposure to moisture, wax build-up or other debris can keep your hearing aids from working properly.
Sometimes life happens
No matter how carefully you maintain your hearing aids, sometimes things happen. You might turn on your hearing aid only to discover that it isn’t working, or the battery door can come off in your hand. Flynn Associates wants you to know that you can bring your hearing aids into our office when you have problems. We won’t judge you. We’re here to help. We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action. We can even do most minor hearing aid repairs while you wait. If your hearing aids must go back to the factory for repair, we will act on your behalf and return the devices for you.
Hearing aid repairs
Even if you didn’t buy your hearing aids from us, you can bring them to Flynn Associates for repairs. Because we represent most major brands, we can service most hearing aids.
Every hearing aid we sell comes backed by a factory warranty. Even if your warranty has expired, you can still bring your devices to us for repair. We will give you an estimate for the work that’s required and provide an estimate of the cost. Some manufacturers even provide a one-year warranty on out-of-warranty repairs.
If it makes more financial sense to replace your hearing aids than repair them, we will let you know and assist you in selecting replacement technology.
Hearing aid cleaning
The best way to get the longest life from your hearing aids is to properly maintain them. This includes cleaning them each day, storing them at night with the batteries out and the battery door open and checking them for signs of physical damage.
We encourage you to bring your hearing aids in for a periodic deep cleaning. The hearing aid professionals at Flynn Associates have the tools and training to clean places you can’t reach. It’s our pleasure to help you keep your devices in tip-top shape.
